In this role, you will support production, purification, and characterization of protein reagents used in next-generation delivery technology development, helping to expand the company's growing genetic medicines portfolio while collaborating with team members and groups across the company.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrrytown, NYWork model/flexibility: OnsiteDiscover your role:Maintain and manipulate suspension cellsOperate AKTA systems for small-scale purification using liquid chromatography-based techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion)Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflowsCharacterize purified proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, and CEManage and organize data and workflows with strong attention to detailTroubleshoot logistical and technical hurdles as they ariseWork independently and show initiative to continually improve protocols and processesThrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentThis role requires:BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related fieldStrong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilityPreferred: experience with aseptic technique in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, running an AKTA Pure/Avant, and SDS-PAGE/CEDoes this sound like you?
