The Associate Solutions Consultant at PTC plays a crucial role in supporting the sales process by demonstrating the value and capabilities of PTC's solutions to prospective clients. This entry-level position involves demonstrating PTC products in support of all PTC sales teams and assisting senior Solutions Consultants in technical presentations, proofs-of-concept, and responding to technical inquiries, contributing to the successful adoption of PTC products.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver standard product demonstrations to potential customers showcasing PTC's software solutions.

Assist senior Solutions Consultants in the customization and configuration of PTC products for proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring they align with client requirements and demonstrate tangible business value.

Conduct research and analysis on client business challenges and industry trends to help tailor solution proposals effectively.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution architectures.

Respond to technical questions from prospects during sales cycles, clarifying product features, benefits, and implementation considerations.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PTC's product portfolio, including PLM, CAD, and ALM.

Create and update demonstration environments and supporting materials, ensuring their readiness and accuracy for client engagements.

Participate in internal training sessions and self-study to continuously enhance product knowledge and presentation skills.

Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market demands.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in technology and business applications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced technology environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Familiarity with CAD software, PLM systems, and ALM solutions is a plus but not required.
