This role has daily interaction with other departments across the company therefore it requires advanced verbal and communication skills. What you will do: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for global entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with tax payments, customer refunds, and ad hoc requests related to audits, legal, and compliance requirements. Process AP invoices after general checks complying with Accounts Payable policies and procedures. Coordinate purchase order approvals and monitor workflow to maintain timely processing. Execute weekly payment runs and handle urgent payment requests as needed. Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and resolve discrepancies to maintain strong supplier relationships.
