About the roleAs a Senior Atlassian Engineer (IC3) responsible for our Work Management team at Wise, you will serve as a key technical driver as this established group transitions out of a wider department to become its own dedicated function. Your focus will be on aligning Wise's business requirements with our Atlassian tech-stack to minimize friction and maximize productivity for internal users. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Technical Ownership: Drive and execute key technical initiatives on the team roadmap, addressing important technical debt, reliability, security, and scalability concerns.Architecture & Integration: Lead technical architectural reviews of integrations, document system designs, build API integrations, and identify areas for platform optimization.We are fully aware that it is uncommon for a candidate to have all skills required and we fully support everyone in learning new skills with us.
