About the roleAs a Senior Atlassian Engineer (IC3) responsible for our Work Management team at Wise, you will serve as a key technical driver as this established group transitions out of a wider department to become its own dedicated function. Your focus will be on aligning Wise's business requirements with our Atlassian tech-stack to minimize friction and maximize productivity for internal users. You will work as part of a global team across Tallinn and Hyderabad, helping drive the technical roadmap, architectural integrity, and security of our integrations while delivering reliable solutions with speed and quality. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Technical Ownership: Drive and execute key technical initiatives on the team roadmap, addressing important technical debt, reliability, security, and scalability concerns.Architecture & Integration: Lead technical architectural reviews of integrations, document system designs, build API integrations, and identify areas for platform optimization.We are fully aware that it is uncommon for a candidate to have all skills required and we fully support everyone in learning new skills with us.
