Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceAnalyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design scalable, maintainable UiPath solutions using REFramework and best practices.Develop and deploy end-to-end automation workflows, including custom activities, reusable components, and integrations with ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.Apply Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, JenAI) to enhance automation scenarios such as intelligent document processing and conversational workflows.Ensure secure credential management, compliance with enterprise security standards, and optimize automation performance for resilience and scalability.Conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing, enforce coding standards, and implement robust error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (PDDs, SDDs, test plans, deployment guides) and manage version control using Git.Monitor deployed automations, provide hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance with architecture standards, and high stakeholder satisfaction.Drive quality and governance through adherence to the Automation Delivery Playbook, ensuring maintainability and system stability post go-live.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.UiPath Advanced/Professional Developer Certification (mandatory), with 1–3 years of hands-on RPA experience in complex environments.Proven expertise in UiPath development, including REFramework, advanced automation patterns, and delivery of 20+ production-grade automations.Strong understanding of exception handling, transactional processing, queue-based design, and governance standards.Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for automation deployment.Experience with API integration, data transformation, secure credential management, and integration with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle Fusion).Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Snowflake data management, and Intelligent Automation tools such as Document Understanding and AI Center.Knowledge of Gene...
