Focus on developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing functional and regression tests, and collaborating with stakeholders within an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.Execute functional and regression tests.Identify automation opportunities and contribute to framework improvements.Work on automation on various products with the team whenever needed.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Perform manual testing whenever required.Work with BA to understand functionality and work independently during testing life cycle.Required Skills2–5 years of QA automation experience.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.Basic understanding of Transfer Agency processes (investor onboarding, transaction processing, reporting).Knowledge of GIT/SVN, Jira and Agile practicesGood knowledge of SDLC, defective lifecycle, testing methodology.Good hand-on in Microsoft excel and word.Good-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of AML/KYC compliance in TA domain.Exposure to JMeter, Zephyr Scale.Familiarity with CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).CompetenciesFluent in EnglishExcellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussionAttention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentationOrganized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirementsSelf-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global teamWilling to work in Flexible schedule, ready to work in shiftsMust be able to perform under pressureWhat We OfferEstablish design principles for QA automation and Performance Testing and present options and recommendations as needed.Design and maintain the test automation frameworks.Architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements.Work closely with the test team to identify new automation opportunities.Contribute to managing of test environments.Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information.Develop and maintain regression suite for various products.Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.Research, evaluate, and deploy new test tools.Experience wi...
