This role provides enterprise-level oversight for healthcare insurance products across multiple Healthcare segments and jurisdictions, ensuring product offerings remain aligned with the underwriting strategy, profitability objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence standards, and evolving market conditions.JOB DESCRIPTION:Job SummaryThe position is accountable for establishing and executing a comprehensive product management framework that governs the full product lifecycle, including product design, form development, endorsement management, manuscript language creation, product enhancements, regulatory implementation, underwriting support, and product modernization initiatives. This role serves as the central point of coordination among Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Claims, Risk Control, Operations, Technology, Product Architecture, Distribution, and senior business leaders to ensure product consistency, governance, and successful execution of strategic priorities.In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining a structured product operating model, supporting product lifecycle management, improving product-development processes, and ensuring the Healthcare product portfolio remains responsive to emerging risks, regulatory developments, claims trends, underwriting needs, and market opportunities. This officer-level role requires a strategic and technical product leader who can balance innovation and speed-to-market with strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness in a complex, matrixed global environment.This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with time split between a CNA office and remote work from home.
