B2B Sales Manager (batteries for UAVs)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to develop sales of custom-made battery packs to UAV manufacturers in Ukraine.

This role suits a sales professional who understands technical products, builds strong relationships with manufacturers, and is ready to own the full sales cycle - from first contact to long-term cooperation and repeat sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs, technical requirements, and product integration specifics.

- Present and sell custom-made battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers.

- Build and maintain strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with clients and partners.

- Conduct product presentations, consultations, and technical discussions with potential and existing clients.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales.

- Work closely with clients to prepare tailored solutions based on their technical and commercial requirements.

- Participate in the development of the company’s partner network in Ukraine.

- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and negotiations.

- Handle client issues in a professional and tactful manner, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
