As we deepen our footprint across British Columbia, we are looking for a Clinic Operations Lead to own the performance, the culture, and the people across our Lower Mainland clinics. This is a role for someone who leads through people, earns trust in the field, and drives results with the kind of presence that makes a real difference. Who We’re Looking For You have spent the last several years leading leaders — not just managing people, but building the kind of managers who make their teams better every day. You have done this in multi-unit healthcare or veterinary environments where the work is specialized, the stakes are real, and the margin for poor leadership is thin. You understand P&L, labor planning, and the operational rhythms that separate a thriving clinic from one that is struggling. You have walked clinic floors, sat with care teams, and know the difference between a Practice Manager who needs a coaching conversation and one who needs something harder. You are not someone who leads from a distance. You believe that visibility, presence, and genuine relationships are what earn trust on a frontline team. You are energized by building something — a region, a standard, a culture — from the ground up. The playbook here is still being written, and you are ready to help author it. You do not need everything to be figured out before you can move. You are curious about veterinary medicine, or you already come from it. You understand what it means to operate in a care environment where the well-being of the team directly shapes the experience for patients and members alike.
