Onsite work is an essential function of this position, and you are required to be onsite according to the schedule set by your management.The Benefits Communications Consultant translates complex benefits proposals, strategy discussions, and technical plans into clear, actionable executive-level communications. This role bridges the gap between benefits business leaders and key governance groups, ensuring stakeholders have information to assess the value proposition, compliance risks, and strategic impact of reward programs and related decisions. Stakeholder & Governance CommunicationTranslate technical benefits information/data into executive summaries for governance and oversight committeesPrepare high-impact presentations based on benefits leadership strategic plans/directionPresent complex benefits recommendations and changes to audiences with and without technical expertiseAlign the delivery of communication materials with governance standards and timelinesContent & AdvisoryAdvise leadership team on communications format and contentFacilitate feedback loops between oversight committees and benefits business leaders and teamsEnsure consistent brand voice across all executive and stakeholder materialsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related fields ; Master’s degree in Communications preferred8+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably focused on benefitsProven track record in preparing communications for executive leaders, boards, or governance groupsExperience navigating matrix corporate environments and complex approval processesTechnical KnowledgeSolid understanding of benefits plan administrationAdditional Competency: High adaptability to shifting business prioritiesOur total rewards program offers benefits that are the best fit for you at every stage of your career:• Comprehensive healthcare options (Medical, Dental, and Vision)• 401K match, and a fully funded pension plan• Paid vacation and holidays; flexi...
