Join us and make your mark at State Street. This position requires an experienced Benefits administrator with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. What you will be responsible forResponsible for supporting the day to day operation of EMEA pension and benefit plans andManaging documentation of all benefits plans and pensions throughout EMEA, including associated contracts, to ensure accuracy and complianceProviding support for annual enrolment processes in EMEA locations including communications and coordinating benefits fairsSupporting the implementation of new EMEA benefit initiativesSupport review of intranet content for Benefit related topics for EMEASupporting vendor management and compliance activities relating to all EMEA benefit vendors via the Third Party Risk Management Program (TPRM)Supporting periodic EMEA wide data reviewsPreferred skills and qualification3 or more years’ experience in a/HR operations/benefits administrationHR/finance/accountingDegree preferredFluency in written and oral English (very good level)Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detailAbility to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional mannerExperience of managing projectsFlexibility, “can do” attitudeExcellent organizational skills with the ability  to work in a dynamic business environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, influencing, and customer service skillsWe offer:Employee savings planPremium life insurance packageVIP medical packageInternational operating environmentLanguage classesSoft skills trainingsTechnical workshopsDevelopment sessions with a mentorThis role is Open for Luxembourg with some travel to Germany and Germany with some travel to LuxembourgAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
