We are currently hiring a detail-driven, litigation-savvy Paralegal to support our growing trial practice. In this critical role, you will take charge of case organization, discovery coordination, court calendaring, and expert communications, all while helping our clients feel heard, cared for, and informed. Whether it is preparing trial exhibits, managing deposition schedules, or organizing thousands of medical records, you will serve as the organizational backbone of the litigation process. What you’ll do: E-Filing and Legal Document Preparation: Accurately file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial materials in both federal and state courts. Ensure full compliance with local procedural rules and court deadlines to maintain case momentum and avoid delays. Case File Management and Technology Integration: Organize and maintain detailed case files using platforms such as CasePeer and Dropbox.
