In addition, various projects are being carried out in R & D, so management ability is also required. The R&D Engineer should be able to share technical advice and advise the project team members to assist in identifying, reviewing and resolving problems from a customer perspective and to understand the flow of production, manufacturing and sales of the developed parts or products. And to make predictions and preventive design of the problems that occur at each stage.
