Here' what you should know:As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of smooth and effective school operations. Your role involves being the first point of contact for families, students, and community members, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in our main office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the school's operations, from managing communications to maintaining student files and supporting daily operational needs.Here's what you'll be doing:Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage the visitor management system.Administrative Support: Handle inquiries, assist with schoolwide communications, and manage office supplies.Student Enrollment & Attendance: Support enrollment processes, maintain student records, and participate in efforts to improve attendance.Operations Support: Assist with school events, maintain a clean and organized office, and contribute to the smooth operation of school systems.Technology & Data Management: Maintain office technology, assist with Tier 1 technology support, and ensure accuracy in information systems.
