This is more than a recruiting position—it's a dynamic role that combines recruiting, relationship management, customer service, and branch operations. If you're resourceful, people-focused, and energized by making an impact every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Staffing Specialist at Openwork, you'll serve as a trusted partner to both our talent and our clients by: Recruiting and placing top talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and community outreach while managing the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. Building strong relationships with talent by providing coaching, regular communication, and ongoing support throughout their assignments. Partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs, conduct routine check-ins, and deliver thoughtful staffing solutions. Supporting business growth by skill-marketing qualified candidates, collaborating with the sales team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships. Maintaining operational excellence by supporting payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and other branch operations.
