We Invest in You  Clinical excellence, not just compliance: We hold a high bar for ABA practice and give you the caseload size (up to 12 clients) to meet it  Leadership Opportunities: learn more about our operational and clinical leadership opportunities as we care about lifelong careers of BCBAs  True multidisciplinary collaboration: Direct, day-to-day partnership with OT, PT, and SLP on every case for true shared problem-solving  Flexible documentation: Work from home for notes and indirect tasks so your time in clinic stays focused on clients  Clinical Development and Support: continuous support and professional development with in-house CEU opportunities and clinical guidance/support  Student Loan Repayment plans for clinicians in our Pueblo and Fountain clinics  What Your Days Will Look Like  Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families  Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development  Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan  Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings  Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines  What We Offer  Base Salary: $78,000 to $100,000  Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both  Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)  Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and tenure-based PTO  What You'll Need  Current BCBA certification in good standing  Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily.
