Behavior Technician Support Specialist

About What You’ll Work On:
- Act as a MeBe ambassador by being a mentor, coach and model RBT
- Work directly with clients for the majority of your workweek
- You will have a set schedule with clients, but also serve as coverage/floater as needed
- Perform BTSS duties as needed based on the number of incoming new hires each month
- Conduct test outs for specific regions as needed (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
- Conduct weekly follow ups with BTs ensuring completion of Payor Specific requirements, including but not limited to RBT sign up, RBT exam completion, CPR sign up, etc.
- Coordinate 15-30 minute check-meetings with all new hires at 2 weeks, 30, 60, and 90 days of employment
Qualifications:
- Must uphold MeBe’s values and mission
- Minimum 12 months experience as a BT (does not have to be with MeBe)
- Consistent full time availability from Monday through Friday
- Must be available at least 2 Saturdays per month
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
