The Role:The Building Services Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all company buildings, infrastructure and support services, ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives. The role oversees maintenance, compliance and performance of building services, leading internal teams and external providers while managing budgets, resources and vendor performance. It also drives continuous improvement and ensures all regulatory and health & safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:This role plays a key part in supporting site performance by maintaining a safe, reliable environment and leading initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability and overall standards.Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring effective maintenance of all buildings, systems and servicesDevelop and implement facilities strategies, policies and maintenance programmes (preventative and reactive)Lead and manage facilities teams, including recruitment, training and performance managementEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirementsManage budgets, forecasts and cost control initiativesOversee vendor relationships, contracts and service delivery against SLAsLead capital projects, refurbishments and space planning activitiesMonitor and optimise building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, fire and security)Ensure emergency planning and business continuity readinessMaintain accurate records and reporting, supporting wider operational needs through effective stakeholder collaboration What we're looking for:Proven experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related fieldDemonstrated leadership experience managing teams and contractorsStrong knowledge o...
