Employees are expected to maintain a meaningful on-site presence to support collaboration, relationship building, and business successEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Business Analysis & RequirementsFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirementsAnalyzes, identifies, and writes detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify applications or componentsMakes recommendations for business process improvements with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to technology needsActs as a liaison between business and IT; develops and maintains knowledge of the customer's businessInterviews end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, training, data quality, and performanceFormulates systems to parallel overall business strategiesTesting & Quality AssuranceDevelops test plans and executes testsCreates and maintains regression test suites, including UI and API-level test casesParticipates in Agile ceremonies: daily scrums, sprint reviews, nightly releases, and weekend testing as neededProduction SupportPrepares analysis for production support of applications and associated documentationCreates ad hoc reports and executes da...
