About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges and transforming them into practical IT solutions. In this strategic consulting role, you'll work with clients across multiple industries, helping organizations improve processes, optimize operations, and successfully deliver digital transformation initiatives.You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams while driving innovation in Agile environments.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesGather, document, and validate business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user storiesFacilitate workshops with business stakeholdersPerform gap analysis and process modelingSupport implementation of digital transformation projectsWork closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and ArchitectsEnsure delivered solutions align with business objectivesSupport testing, UAT, and change management activitiesProvide strategic advice to clients regarding business optimization RequirementsMinimum 3 years of Business Analysis experienceHBO/WO Bachelor's or Master's degreeFluent Dutch (spoken and written)Experience with Agile/ScrumStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience writing functional requirements and user storiesKnowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modeling tools is preferredStrong analytical and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ConfluenceExperience working in consultancyCertifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis
