As a member of the Product Administration team within the Government Markets department, you will provide interdepartmental support overseeing routine deliverables independently for identifying and escalating issues appropriately. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Key responsibilities include:• Ensure regulatory compliance and timeliness of submissions to state (both MA and RI), federal, and other regulatory bodies – scope includes over 1,000 submissions per year• Serve as a subject matter expert for Regulatory Reporting processes and reporting inventory• Actively collaborate with Government Markets leaders to ensure they are properly informed of regulatory submission activities and timelines as well as content quality and strategic implications• Monitor, triage, escalate, and report on internal/external requests regarding sensitive member information and product materials• Act as liaison with Business units to help research, triage and facilitate resolution of escalated issues• Document internal Policies & Procedures and update/assemble member-facing materials**This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires in-office attendance on designated days.
