Business Development Manager
In the role of Frontline Worker (FLW) Business Development Manager in the EMEA FLW team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by driving the growth of Jabra’s FLW business in France. You will develop commercial opportunities, build pipeline, and establish Jabra as a trusted partner for enterprise retail customers through voice-first, hands-free communication solutions.The Team you will be part of:You will be part of the FLW business unit, a fast-growing and strategic area of Jabra focused on enabling communication and productivity for FLWs across retail, logistics, and field operations.The team operates in an entrepreneurial, incubation-stage environment, working closely across product, sales, and alliance teams globally.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Drive business development in the French market, identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with enterprise retail customersBuild and convert a strong sales pipeline into revenue, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closureDevelop relationships with key stakeholders, including retail IT and operations leadersAct as a bridge between customers, partners, and internal teamsCollaborate with channel partners and alliance vendorsProvide market insights and feedback To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:Have a relevant educational background within business, technology, or a related fieldHave a strong background and current experience in business development and / or sales of FLW, retail and warehousing solutions in FrancePossess a strong, broad knowledge and expertise working with partners in the Enterprise FLW ecosystem (Zebra, Microsoft, Motorola, Zello, DataLogic, 3M and others)Consistently meet or exceed performance metricsHave excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAre a self-starter with a commercial, results-driven mindsetBe based in FranceBe fluent in French and EnglishBe willing to travel across France and wider as necessary 25% – 50% of the time At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
