ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Leader in EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving impactful results across our BDR function by building and coaching high-performing teams focused on performance optimisation and professional advancement. This position requires a strategic leader with expertise in professional development, revenue generation, and cultivating an environment of inclusivity and innovation. Experience optimising and scaling a demand generation inbound function along with outbound pipe generation a plus.

Working in lockstep with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will implement data-driven and AI empowered strategies to enhance Notion's inbound and outbound functions, optimise conversion metrics, and streamline sales processes.
