Job Summary Taurus Power and Controls - a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager II who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our company, clients, and employees.   Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of five divisions including Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Taurus Power and Controls/Taurus Power Services (Taurus), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC is a multi-state organization with operating offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii. In addition, we carry out projects across the United States.   Since 1985, Taurus has been designing control systems, automating tasks, and fabricating control panels for industrial, municipal, and commercial customers-on time and on budget. Taurus is a NETA Accredited Company that offers full-service, third party, independent testing for all electrically powered systems and equipment. Being a 24/7 field service company remains at the core of what we do. We have expertise in a wide array of systems and industries, whether it’s servicing projects we developed, or systems built by others.   The Business Development Manager II is responsible for generating new leads and sells a portfolio of services to complement our current products and services. This position will promote and cross-sell other establishment products and services for our respected PNE Divisions (AET, Taurus Power, etc.) as appropriate to customer needs.     Education and Experience Qualifications   High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License Required and the ability to be insured under the company’s driving insurance plan. Must possess a minimum of 4 years’ industry knowledge and/or services experience. Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read and estimate from blueprints. Working understanding of automation and control technologies (e.g., PLC/SCADA systems, control panels, power systems), with willingness to deepen technical expertise on the job Industrial services background is a must. Familiarity with or connections within key verticals such as water/wastewater, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus. Business Development or Sales experience, with demonstrated results. ability to execute sales objectives and meet performance goals. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.
