Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and as part of the Infront Sports & Media group, HBS offers the full spectrum of host broadcast operations and services β combining technological innovation with deep industry expertise to set the benchmark in live sports broadcasting. π We're Hiring: Business Management Assistant (Alternance) π Paris, France | September 2026 β June 2027 π Apprenticeship / Alternance Contract πΌ Flexible alternance structure depending on your school programme (e.g. 1 day at school / 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school / 2 weeks in the company) π° Compensation in line with French legal apprenticeship requirements (depending on age and level of studies) Main Responsibilities Support the Business Management team with day-to-day business operations and project assistance. Assist with business development activities, including preparing presentations, proposals and client documentation. Maintain business development pipelines, databases and project documentation. Support market research, business analysis and strategic reporting. Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and support project delivery. Provide administrative support for procurement and supplier management activities. Requirements Currently studying towards a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. Able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (SharePoint is a plus). Professional working proficiency in French, English and ideally Spanish too. Previous internship experience is an advantage. An interest in media, sports or broadcast production is a plus, but not essential. HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
