The role partners closely with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and cross-functional leadership to define the future-state vision, establish robust governance, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.Business Process Expert ensures that processes are not only well-designed, controlled, and scalable, but also effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across regions.
