About the Role

As a Business Recruiter, you will join a growing Recruiting team in San Francisco and take ownership of full-cycle hiring across various GTM, G&A, and Operations roles— from sourcing and outreach to offer. Recruiting is one of the primary drivers of our growth, and maintaining a high hiring bar is central to how we operate. You will partner directly with hiring managers and founders to shape hiring strategy, build pipeline, and close top talent in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the team and culture at one of the most exciting startups in AI.

Your Impact

- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A, and Operations functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close

- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and sourcing strategies

- Build and maintain pipelines through proactive outbound outreach, competitive research, and community-based sourcing
