This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at fostering a positive educational environment, enhancing student engagement, and achieving institutional goals. The Executive Director will lead efforts in student recruitment and retention, manage financial resources, and oversee staff performance, all while ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.  Key Competencies:  Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive campus growth, ensuring alignment with the institution's broader vision and goals. High-Level Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, accrediting bodies, and community organizations to foster collaboration and support campus initiatives.
