Property Services consists of the following business units:• Projects• Facilities Management• Campus planning & operationsThe Campus Security Specialist is responsible for the ongoing health, programming and reliable operation including but not limited to the following systems.•           Electronic Access Control (EAC)•           Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)•           Building Management Systems (BMS)•           Fire Alarm Control System•           Lighting Controls•           Lift Controls•           Emergency Control Room•           Emergency Response System•           Workday for Contract Management of Security related suppliersWorking arrangements: The standard working week for this position is Tuesday to Saturday to provide operational coverage over the weekend.
