If so, we would love to hear from you!  About the Role  The Career Success Coordinator helps students successfully transition from enrollment to graduation and into meaningful employment. This position supports students throughout the full student lifecycle by proactively driving certification completion, career readiness, and placement preparation.  As a Career Success Coordinator, you will engage students early to build strong and consistent relationships, supporting them through certification and placement.  Key Responsibilities  Performance & Accountability  Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics, which may include:   Retention and persistence  Certification readiness and attainment  Graduation progression  Career readiness and placement-related leading indicators  Contribute to a performance-driven culture focused on measurable student outcomes  Student Engagement & Advocacy  Serve as a consistent point of contact and career readiness advocate for assigned students, building trust, rapport, and accountability  Proactively identify and address barriers to certification readiness and job placement  Certification Support  Partner with the education team and student success coordinators to monitor certification readiness and drive certification outcomes   Career Readin...
