CBP National Targeting Center, Junior Targeting Analyst (overnight)

These Junior Targeting Analysts support CBP’s efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States. Strong candidates should possess a combination of the following:1-3 years’ experience supporting targeting intelligence and/or law enforcementDirect experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strongly preferred.Familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX. Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysisExperience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studiesExperience with analytical tools including I2 and PalantirActive or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred. Strong proficiency with SharePoint and other file management and information sharing systems/toolsRequired/Preferred:Bachelor’s or higher degreeA minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in intelligence working issues directly applicable to the NTC mission set and/or in targeting roles specificallyExperience/skills relevant to targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entityProficiency in Microsoft Suite of productsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust have an Active Top-Secret SCI with DHS suitability US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; handle or feel objects; and write.
