You'll work across a range of planned, preventative, reactive, and small project tasks while ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent customer service.Key responsibilities include:Delivering reactive, preventative and planned maintenance activitiesCompleting small project plumbing works across campus facilitiesDiagnosing and resolving plumbing faults and system issuesServicing and maintaining commercial and domestic hot water systemsCertifying and signing off completed plumbing worksMaintaining accurate job notes, reports and work close-outsSourcing materials and obtaining supplier quotationsEnsuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and HSSEQ requirementsBuilding positive relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholdersParticipating in an on-call rosterAbout YouYou are a highly skilled tradesperson who enjoys taking ownership of your workload and delivering quality outcomes.
