Join the G Nation today!You will be responsible for the following: Reconcile Internal reports against Merchants report (e.g. BPI, Billspay, GSave, etc.)Ensure quality output through validation of reportsEndorse valid adjustment to merchants/partners and/or internal team upon approvalHandling customers/internal concerns through multiple channels within agreed SLAPrepares month end reports and schedulesChecking and analysis of reports and records internal and externally provided by internal and external partnersCoordination and collaboration with stakeholders concerned updating and resolving any issues in the products assignedMaintain detailed records of reconciliation activities, discrepancies, and resolutions for documentationGenerate and distribute reconciliation reports to management, summarizing findings, and highlighting any trends or anomaliesContinuously seek ways to streamline and improve reconciliation processes, including the automation of repetitive tasksEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial transactions and reconciliation procedures for complianceAdditional ad hoc tasks as may be needed by the businessRisk Management - Relays to management findings on process gaps, evaluation of recommended processes and risk evaluations.We are looking for:Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any finance-related coursesPrevious experience in financial reconciliation, Funding, Settlement Processing, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesProficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools such as Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)Adaptability and a willingness to learn.Willing to be trained, cross-trainedWilling to work during weekends, holidays if neededKnowledge in Excel Marco is a plusCan Manage his/her time properlyCan lead and handle meetings with internal or external stakeholdersWhat We Offer Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country Working with a dynamic and highly collaborative team who want to change the game A company that values their people with highly competitive and flexible compensation and benefits package
