CFO (Experienced) Start Date: 2026 Q4 (Negotiable) Location: Daejeon HQ or Seoul office, KR Fixed term-based Agreement   General Summary Orum Therapeutics is seeking an experienced CFO to lead our growing global finance and accounting team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Orum’s accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury functions, risk management, stock plan administration, tax. Additionally, this role will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to communicate Orum’s financial performance, strategy, and vision to external stakeholders. Beyond core finance responsibilities, the CFO plays a broader operational leadership role across the company's G&A functions — including Investor Relations(IR), Human Resources(HR), and Legal — aligning closely with each function's leadership to keep financial, communications, legal, and organizational priorities moving in the same direction.  The ideal candidate brings extensive global and public company experience, a strong preference for KOSDAQ  experience, and a track record of operating as a broad organizational partner — not solely a finance function head.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning & Treasury Management Develop mid- to long-term financial strategies and roadmaps aligned with biotech-specific industry dynamics and the business model Set up and execute proactive fundraising strategies based on cash runway scenario analysis Guide FP&A to support the company’s operations (including, but not limited to, R&D pipeline, HR operations, etc.) through efficient allocation of financial resources Provide financial insight on cross-functional resource allocation across R&D pipeline programs Oversee corporate treasury operations and establish disbursement guidelines Manage liquidity risk Financial Reporting, Accounting & Compliance Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting packages Oversee the company’s accounting operations, policies and procedures, and internal controls Ensure full compliance with KOSDAQ rules and relevant global regulatory requirements Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Provide guidance to Accounting team on researching and resolving complex technical accounting issues Manage stock plan administration and the cap table Ensure compliance with the company’s investment policies Coordinate corporate tax provisions, reporting, and tax return preparation with outside accountants Investor Communications & Disclosure Oversee investor communications and disclosure activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, governance standards, and regulatory requirements Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with finance-related information in all investor-facing materials, external financial communications, and public release Partner with executive leadership and...
