CFS Warehouse Manager
Location: TBS Logistics Warehouse, Di An, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)Responsibilities:Overall management for CFS operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way.Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clientsWork proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs metEnsure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulationsSupervise and control all related custom process regarding to CFS and bonded warehouse operationEnsure that HSSE is executed in line with Maersk initiatives at all timesFollow up on target KPI’s and recommend process improvements and adopt lean logistics practices and a continuous improvement mindset:Take training/ coaching to supervisor/ workforce who under your report lineWork in conjunction with Maersk HR for recruiting, training, warning, terminating the labor contract and paying employee interests according to Vietnam labor lawFollow up administration issues for day by day labor requirementsOrganize and attend necessary weekly and monthly meetings with Supervisors and/or labor groups to understand and deal with any issues and to issue timely instruction on changes or improvements when requiredEnsure that KPI’s are produced in full and on timeStrengthen team through training and development. End results New customers onboarding and go-live smoothlyAll inbound & outbound shipments proceed as a plan with no delay and penalty or extra cost will incurContinuous improvement in operations processesCustomers satisfactionAccountabilities:Achieve KPI of operationsAdhere to company policyJob RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeProfessional Qualification/Certification:Preferably with Professional CertificationExperience:3-5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer serviceSolid experience in managing the sizable teamKnowledgeable in CFS and operation processes.Strong experience in customs related.Analytical and strategic thinkingStrong customer mindsetResult-orientated, good business sense, and hands-onProactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvementSound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMSGood English communication skills ( verbal & written )Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
