Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Help turn technology transformation into successful adoptionAt NTT DATA, we believe technology transformation only delivers its full value when people understand the change, are ready for it and ultimately adopt it.We’re looking for a Change Analyst to join our Global IT Change Enablement team and help us make that happen.You’ll work alongside experienced Change Leads on some of our key IT transformation programmes, helping teams understand the impact of change, prepare the business, engage stakeholders and use data and insights to improve adoption.This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, organised and people-focused and wants to build their career in Change Management while working at the heart of technology transformation.What you’ll be doingDepending on priorities, you’ll support different Change Leads and transformation initiatives across Global IT.You’ll:Support the planning, coordination and delivery of change activities across key IT programmes.Help assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, organisational readiness and adoption risks.Gather and analyse adoption, engagement and readiness data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Support stakeholder mapping, Change Networks, workshops and engagement activities.Track change plans, actions, milestones, risks and dependencies and help keep delivery on track.Turn complex information and data into clear, concise reports, presentations and actionable insights.Build trusted relationships across business, product, technology, delivery, assurance, communications and change teams.Use our Change Management framework, tools and methodologies to support a consistent approach to change.Contribute ideas and lessons learned to continuously improve how we deliver Change Enablement.AI will be part of how you workWe’re looking for someone who is AI-savvy and digitally curious.You’ll be encouraged to incorporate AI and emerging digital tools into your day-to-day work — helping you research faster, analyse information, generate insights, improve content and reporting, and automate or simplify repetitive activities.We don’t expect you to know everything.
