Chief of Staff to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
AccuWeather is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the center of the organization, designed for an intellectually rigorous, operationally excellent, and highly trustworthy professional who aspires to build a long-term executive leadership career within AccuWeather. The Chief of Staff will operate as the CEO's trusted proxy, thought partner, and organizational connector, helping drive strategic initiatives, organizational alignment, and operational execution across the company. This role combines strategic execution, operational leadership, and hands-on management of the CEO's office. This role is intentionally structured as a transitional executive pathway.
