W-2 Employee - Full-Time (40 hours/week) Commitment: 40 hours per week total: 32 hours of direct therapy per week & 8 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 3pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week onsite.
