Your mission will be to redefine the handling of complex casualty claims, pushing the boundaries of efficiency, fairness, and policyholder satisfaction within the industry. This role will also lead the Property Liability and Litigation team. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Claims. Strategic Responsibility You will be accountable for optimizing the entire Auto Casualty claims handling process. This involves the strategic integration of specialized vendors, leveraging advanced technology, developing innovative and legally sound process flows, ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance, and establishing a top-tier internal desk adjustment team expert in bodily injury. You will be responsible for building this critical claims process infrastructure from its very inception.
