Position Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments. Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)Education/Experience (BMQ): HS Diploma or equivalent Customer service experience 1-2 years Additional preferences: Experience working in a laboratory setting Ability and/or Skills(BMQ):Excellent written and verbal communication skillsActive listeningClient-focusComputer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)Prioritization and on-time execution of tasksProcess improvementProblem-solving and solution orientationDemonstrated ability to sell solutions as a result of active listeningStrong interpersonal skills (people, social, emotional intelligence)ProactivityTeam player who can self-motivatePerforms well under pressure; thrives in fast-pace environmentGrowth mindset Requirements:Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in EnglishPosition is full-time Monday - Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm).
