Job Overview

As a Clinical Amend Specialist, your role is to review and action clinical amendment and report data requests to ensure clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely communication to healthcare providers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

iRhythm is currently seeking a Clinical Amend Specialist. This is a remote or hybrid position that can be based in our Deerfield, IL office, Houston, TX office, or San Francisco, CA office.

Specific job responsibilities include

Independently review, evaluate, and complete clinical tickets for report amendments or data requests

Complete report amendments using iRhythm’s QA Tool or Transmission Tool

Participate in external or internal notification calls related to clinical report amendments, as needed

Follow Good Documentation Practices while documenting ticket action and closure

Adhere to departmental policies and procedures for assigned work

Proficiency in working in multiple applications simultaneously. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Salesforce (ticketing & queue management)

iRhythm QA Tool (clinical review)

ZioReports

Adherence to HIPAA guidelines

Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements

Other duties as assigned

Education & Certifications

CCT, RN, or Paramedic licensure or certification

Formal ECG training experience required

Experience

iRhythm AT Transmission QA Tool training & independent upload highly preferred

iRhythm Advanced Patch Technician with Tier IV achievement preferred

2-4 years of experience in ECG monitoring or related field, with emphasis in cardiac rhythm interpretation

iRhythm Clinical Quality Assurance Verification (QAV) training and experience preferred

Apply expert-level arrhythmia interpretation to evaluate, correct, and validate clinical reports

Work with flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.

Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

Demonstrated critical thinking and prioritization skills

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrates independent decision-making aligned with SOPs and DOPs

Effectively collaborates with QA and Clinical Operations teams

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$28.60 - $33.18
