Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.Opportunity As a Clinical Delivery Coordinator, you will play an essential role in optimizing Twin Health's clinical operations, ensuring every member has the right care team assigned in accordance with licensure and operational guidance. This role combines data analysis with early-stage responsibilities in Clinical Delivery Management (CDM) operations — including care team assignments, load balancing, supporting assignment-workflow automation, and supporting future-state integrations and data migration across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Medallion, Clinicapp, Zendesk). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across CDM work streams — Eligibility Ops, Licensing Ops, Member Experience, Clinical Ops, and Launch Readiness — focused on data-driven decisions, improved member care, and streamlined clinical processes.
