ABOUT THE JOB

As a key member of the clinical leadership team, the Clinical Manager supports and independently manages an interdisciplinary team, oversees the delivery of high-quality and efficient care, and ensures an exceptional patient care delivery experience with every encounter. The Clinical Manager also leads and contributes to key initiatives aimed at improving clinical care and launching new programs.

This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required for trainings, meetings, and other business needs. At this time we are only considering applicants in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, with a preference for candidates based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Supervise interdisciplinary team members, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Medical Assistants

- Participate in strategic planning to shape the future direction of clinical care delivery

- Lead and contribute to key initiatives focused on improving clinical care, quality, and launching new programs

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical workflow issues that negatively impact care quality or operational outcomes
