The Department of Neurology is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse I to support a rapidly growing portfolio of stroke clinical trials. This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as the lead coordinator for ongoing and upcoming stroke research studies involving investigational drugs, medical devices, and standard-of-care interventions. As stroke research continues to expand at SLU, this role will be instrumental in bringing new treatment options to patients while contributing to life-changing discoveries in one of the most dynamic areas of neurological medicine. The Clinical Research Nurse will balance direct patient care responsibilities with research coordination and regulatory activities. The role includes project management, participant screening and enrollment, nursing assessments, study intervention administration, data collection, regulatory support, and coordination with interdisciplinary clinical and research teams.
