Compensation is determined based on experience, licensure, market considerations, and high-demand availability (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays)

⭐What you’ll do:
- Direct Clinical Care (65%): Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions while adapting to organizational needs.
- SLP Management & Clinical Leadership (35%): Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, skill development, career growth conversations, and ongoing feedback to foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.
