PERFORMANCE-BASED COMPENSATION:
THIS ROLE PAYS UP TO $19/HR, BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, WITH A CLEAR PATH TOWARD BECOMING A LEAD INSTALLER.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Installer Helper, you’ll partner with experienced installers to bring custom organizational systems to life in our customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires focus, precision, and a desire to learn. We provide classroom and on-the-job training to prepare you for growth into a full Installer position.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Support the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes

- Read design drawings and assemble products accurately and efficiently

- Deliver parts and materials safely into workspaces—rain or shine

- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers

- Take pride in detailed work that meets Closet America’s high-quality standards
