You bring 5 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities Technical leader Highly autonomous Comfortable in complex and undefined environments Excellent communicator Results- and delivery-oriented   Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  Kubernetes expertise (EKS) AWS GitLab CI/CD Terraform Service Mesh GitOps (FluxCD) Cloud-native security (IAM, secrets management, network policies) Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and observability platforms AI-Native experience and maturity in AI developmen   Nice to have qualifications   Kong Mesh / Kuma CloudFront Microservices architecture Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, self-service) Ability to integrate AI into platform engineering practices Knowledge of GCP/Azure Cloud platform certification If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
