Cloud R Analyst - AKS, GitHub Actions, SQL
Duties & ResponsibilitiesTriage issues across different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow Tasks.Manage production infrastructure and provide SME support to teams outside IT.Support automation of web application deployments.Follow defined escalation paths and SLAs for effective issue resolution.Troubleshoot and maintain software applications and investigate complex technical issues.Work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals while managing multiple priorities.Full-time weekend work is required; weekend working is mandatory.Required Skills & AbilitiesStrong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts.Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools is preferredExposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies is a plus.Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage.AWS exposure is an added advantage.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and customer environments.Strong organizational, customer-service, and issue-resolution skills.Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative team environment.Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.Qualifications3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated knowledge and success.Bachelor’s degree required.
