You’ll build a team, grow a community, and help thousands of people become healthier, stronger, and more confident.  Key Responsibilities:  Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement   Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets  Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels  Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns   Recruitment, training and retention of staff members    Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders  Annual performance appraisals   To be successful in this role you will need:  Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry   Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills   Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L  Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  What we can offer you: A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
