Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes (Siemens 840D control system)Manufacturing seals and components made from elastomers and plasticsConducting in-process quality inspections and documenting manufactured productsResponsibility for shift performance in terms of quality and productivity (output quantity)Qualifications:Completed vocational training, e.g., as a Cutting Machine Operator (CNC Machinist), Toolmaker, or Metal Technology Specialist with a focus on machining technology, or a comparable qualificationInitial professional experience in the operation and programming of CNC machines is desirableWillingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and an independent working styleReliability, commitment, problem-solving skills, and enjoyment in working with people and technologyGerman language skills at a minimum B1 levelWillingness to work in a three-shift operation system (3-shift model)‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
